There’s a right, then a left…ObamaCare continues to get pummeled by critics on both sides.

As you might have guessed, I’m not a big fan of liberals. I think the liberal agenda has done more to derail this country than anything else before or since. I think the typical liberal’s thought process is so opposed to what our Founding Fathers envisioned for this country that I’m tempted to label it un-American.

So, it would follow that I’m even less of a fan of annoying, outspoken liberals. That would include documentary filmmaker and political activist Michael Moore, whose film, Fahrenheit 9/11, is the highest grossing documentary of all time.

But every once in a while a liberal will say something that I agree with, and I feel I owe it to them to commend them for it. On January 1, 2014, Moore’s op-ed in the New York Times described the Affordable Care Act as “awful.” I can think of plenty of other words to describe ObamaCare, but I have to admit that one sums it up pretty well.

ObamaCare’s awfulness, Moore wrote, is “the dirty little secret many liberals have avoided saying out loud for fear of aiding the president’s enemies.”

Moore, who backs a single-payer, government-run system and says that the current system is too favorable to the insurance industry, referred to ObamaCare’s start as “rocky,” commented on its “clueless planning” and “lousy website,” and criticized Obama for telling people they could keep their coverage when in fact not all could.

If I asked readers to tell me what they think of ObamaCare, I’m guessing I would get some pretty lengthy and very descriptive replies. So, here’s my challenge to you: describe ObamaCare in one word. One word, that’s all you get. And please keep in mind that this is a family website. Hope to hear your responses to this.
