You will need:

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • Granny’s Home Style Potato Soup from Food4Patriots
  • 2 c Water
  • 8 Strips of Bacon
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Green Onion

First, measure 2 cups of water. Add to a pot and bring to a boil.

Second, mix in 3/4 cup Granny’s home style potato soup, whisking occasionally.

Third, pour into a bowl, cover with wrap, and put in the fridge to cool completely overnight.

Next, put cooled soup in a mixing bowl with the sour cream and half a block of cream cheese. Use a mixer or whisk by hand. Mix until smooth.

Crumble six strips of bacon and, with about a half cup of shredded cheese, mix in to the bowl.

Garnish with the remaining bacon, about a quarter cup of cheese, and sliced green onions.

This is great with potato chips or–if you’re feeling devilish–with waffle fries :-)
